Wie können internationale Partner*innen die ukrainische Zivilgesellschaft nachhaltig stärken, und das über kurzfristige Projektförderung hinaus? Wie kann in der Organisationsentwicklung ein traumasensibler, menschenzentrierter Ansatz verfolgt werden, damit Organisationen auch unter Krisendruck handlungsfähig, anpassungsfähig und wirksam bleiben?

Darauf gibt die von der Organizational Development Support Agency (ODeSA) durchgeführte und von der Robert Bosch Stiftung sowie der PeaceNexus Foundation unterstützte Studie „Beyond Survival: Regenerative Organizational Development Support in Wartime Ukraine“ Antworten.

Im Mittelpunkt der Veranstaltung am 5. August 2026, die wir gemeinsam mit Foundations for Ukraine (F4U) anbieten, stehen die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse der Studie sowie deren praktische Bedeutung für Förderinstitutionen, Stiftungen und zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen. Gemeinsam möchten wir diskutieren, wie Förderansätze von kurzfristiger Projektlogik hin zu langfristiger Resilienz, vertrauensvoller Zusammenarbeit und nachhaltiger institutioneller Stärkung weiterentwickelt werden können.

On 5 August 2026, we will discuss together with Foundations for Ukraine how international funding partners can strengthen Ukrainian civil society sustainably, beyond short-term project funding.

Presentation of the study „Beyond Survival: Regenerative Organizational Development Support in Wartime Ukraine“

How can international partners strengthen Ukrainian civil society in the long term, beyond short-term project funding? How can a trauma-sensitive, human-centered approach be pursued in organizational development so that organizations remain capable of acting, adapting, and staying effective even under crisis pressure?

The study „Beyond Survival: Regenerative Organizational Development Support in Wartime Ukraine,“ conducted by the Organizational Development Support Agency (ODeSA) and supported by the Robert Bosch Stiftung and the PeaceNexus Foundation, seeks to answer these questions.

The event on 5 August 2026, which we are hosting together with Foundations for Ukraine (F4U), will focus on the study's key findings as well as their practical significance for funding institutions, foundations, and civil society organizations. Together, we would like to discuss how funding approaches can evolve from short-term project logic toward long-term resilience, trust-based cooperation, and sustainable institutional strengthening.
